TARAS TECHNIQUES LLC is seeking a Test Center Administrator to administer and proctor technology enabled tests and assessments. The Test Center Administrator (TCA) position entails all facets of administering exams including, but not limited to, site opening and closing (including maintaining security at the testing facility by ensuring all locks and security systems are properly used – the TCA will be responsible for holding the keys to the testing facility) warmly greeting and checking in candidates, verifying identification, proctoring, complying with policies, practices and procedures, and protecting the security of the exams and the environment. TARAS TECHNIQUES, LLC (www.tarastechniques.com) is networked with recognized global leaders in technology-enabled assessment services, providing Internet and computer-based testing solutions. It offers a fully integrated test delivery system that includes data management capabilities. In partnership of its current clients in the academic, professional, government, corporate and information technology markets, TARAS TECHNIQUES, LLC delivers assessments directly to candidates via a proprietary web-based solution. Requirements

Candidate Qualifications: • Strong customer service experience • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Ability to work as part of a team • Ability to multi-task • Ability to follow directions (verbal as well as written) • Professional demeanor in attire and conduct • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds • Basic PC skills • Ability to file irregularity reports for unusual situations or complaints • Must be able to learn to operate a video camera, VCR, digital camera, telephone system and/or alarm as required • High School Diploma, some college preferred Shift Needed: • Part-time, as needed, Saturdays; some evenings, flexibility desired • Approximately 10-20 hours or more per week.
