I-HPA host seminars and workshops four times a year, and are inclusive of an Annual Conference. The Annual Conference and Trade show is a two day conference featuring world-renowned speakers, a roster of exciting workshops and a calendar of entertainment and events. Members receive a discount on registration and workshops! Quarterly ongoing workshops are held from 8:30 am to 3:00pm and “Fit-Fresh-4 Lunch™” seminars are held three times per year from 11:00 am to 12:30 pm, the first Thursday of the month, unless otherwise posted. Fit-Fresh-4 Lunch™ seminars are complimentary for members with an option to purchase lunch. All seminars and workshops are located in the District of Columbia.
